Peppercoast Petroleum takes exhibition space at the 17th Africa Oil Week, 1-5th November. Thus giving Peppercoast Petroleum the opportunity to showcase LB-13 prior to opening a data room in November where it will be seeking a co-venturer.

The Company announces a supplementary contract with TGS-NOPEC for the interpretation of the 2000 square kilometres of 3D seismic shot in the 1st quarter of 2010.

The Company announces that Ian Hamilton has joined the Board. Jonathan Townsend has resigned from the Board.

The Company announces that Richard Mays and Edward Dawson have joined the Board. Dennis Stickley has left the board. Both Edward and Richard have extensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry especially in financing and commercial negotiations.

Currently the Companies main asset is its interest in the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) which gives the company the right to explore and ultimately exploit the oil and gas in block LB-13 Offshore Liberia. This PSC was approved by the Liberian Government and the National Legislature on May 22nd 2007.
